At StrongHaus, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@strongsfortress.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including digital products and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
